Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Just Entertainment B.V. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("User," "you," or "your") accessing or utilizing the website located at vegasnow-casino.us.com ("the Site"). Just Entertainment B.V. is a duly incorporated legal entity operating under the regulatory authority of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, holding a valid gaming license bearing reference number OGL/2024/164/0246.

By accessing, browsing, registering upon, or otherwise utilizing the Site in any capacity whatsoever, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions set forth within this Agreement. Such acceptance shall be regarded as equivalent to a formal written signature and shall constitute full and binding contractual obligation upon the User.

In the event that the User does not agree with any provision contained herein, access to and use of the Site must be immediately discontinued. Continued use of the Site following any amendments or modifications to this Agreement shall be construed as renewed acceptance of the revised terms. The Company reserves the exclusive right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time without prior individual notice to Users, and it is the sole responsibility of the User to periodically review this Agreement for any such changes.

This Agreement shall apply in conjunction with any additional policies, guidelines, or supplementary terms published on the Site, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and Bonus Terms and Conditions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

Site Usage Rules

Access to and use of the Site is governed by strict conditions of permitted conduct. The Site is intended solely for lawful purposes and may only be utilized in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the terms set forth herein. Users are required to be of legal age as prescribed by the laws of their respective jurisdiction of residence in order to participate in any gambling-related activities offered through the Site. The minimum age for participation is hereby established at eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher age as may be required under applicable local law.

The following activities are expressly permitted on the Site: accessing and reviewing informational content made available by the Company; creating and maintaining a registered user account in accordance with the registration procedures established by the Company; utilizing gambling and entertainment services offered through the Site in compliance with all applicable terms and regulations; and submitting inquiries or correspondence through designated communication channels.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and shall constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Site from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration process or at any subsequent point during the User's engagement with the Site;
• Utilizing automated systems, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other artificial means to access, scrape, or interact with the Site or its content;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, collusion, or manipulation of gambling outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure, software, or security systems of the Site;
• Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful software through the Site or its associated systems;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, exploiting promotional offers, or otherwise acting in a manner contrary to the fair use of the Site;
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or otherwise engaging in harmful conduct directed toward other users, employees, or representatives of the Company;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or materials obtained from the Site without the prior written authorization of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate the access of any User found to have engaged in any prohibited activity, without prior notice and without liability to the User. All such determinations shall be made at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Company.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights pertaining to the Site and its contents are and shall remain the exclusive property of Just Entertainment B.V. or its duly authorized licensors. This includes, without limitation, all text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, icons, images, audio and video recordings, software applications, database compilations, interface designs, and any other proprietary materials made available through the Site ("Proprietary Content").

The Proprietary Content is protected under applicable intellectual property law, including but not limited to copyright law, trademark law, database rights, and any other relevant legislative framework. No rights in or to the Proprietary Content are transferred, assigned, or licensed to the User by virtue of accessing or using the Site, except as expressly and explicitly stated in this Agreement.

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license is hereby granted to Users solely for the purpose of accessing and utilizing the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not authorize the User to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Proprietary Content without the prior express written consent of the Company.

Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names displayed on the Site are registered or unregistered marks belonging to Just Entertainment B.V. or to third-party licensors. Unauthorized use of any such marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal liability under applicable law.

Should any User believe that content hosted on the Site infringes upon their own intellectual property rights, such User is requested to submit a formal written notice to the Company via the contact information provided in this Agreement. The Company shall review all such notices in good faith and shall take appropriate action as required under applicable law.

Limitation Notice

The Site and all content, services, and materials made available thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Just Entertainment B.V. expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title.

No warranty is made, expressed, or implied that the Site will operate without interruption, that the Site will be free from errors, defects, or inaccuracies, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. The User assumes full responsibility for all costs associated with any necessary servicing, repair, or correction arising from the use of the Site.

No warranty is extended with respect to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or suitability of any information, content, or material published on the Site. All information is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or gambling advice. Users are encouraged to seek independent professional counsel as appropriate prior to making decisions based upon information obtained from the Site.

The Company does not warrant that the Site will be accessible in all geographic locations or that all features of the Site will be available to all Users at all times. Access to certain services or features may be subject to additional eligibility requirements or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

Nothing contained within this Limitation Notice shall be construed as an attempt to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

Legal Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Just Entertainment B.V., its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to any User or third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content, services, or materials provided thereon.

Such excluded damages shall include, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, and any other economic or non-economic loss, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable, whether the Company had been advised of the possibility of such losses, or whether such losses arose from contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
